Gift Certificates
Whatever the event, whoever the recipient is, an Eden Day Spa gift card is the perfect gift. Available in denominations or for any specific spa service. Gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue. Available at the spa, over the phone, and online.
Guest Referrals
The greatest compliment you could pay us is your referral to a friend or family member. Our referral program provides your family and friends with a $5 discount on their initial visit. For each referral you will receive a $5 credit on your account. Please ask a staff member for our referral cards during your next visit.
Spa Arrival
If you are visiting us for the very first time, please arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to fill out all necessary paperwork for your treatment.
Spa Card
Purchase 10 spa services and receive your 11th at 1/2 off. This can be redeemed towards any service of your choice. After payment is received, you will receive a stamp on your card. Your customer loyalty is greatly appreciated!
Gratuities
Our staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities are greatly appreciated at your discretion.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made 24 hours in advance (48 hours for groups) or credit card is subject to 50% service fee. All no show appointments subject to the full service price.
